What you need:
- 1-2 eggs
- Mug with cover/lid
- Salt (optional)
- Cracker/toast (optional)
What to do:
- Crack your egg(s) into a mug.
- Add enough water to fully submerge the eggs.
- Cover the mug and microwave for ~1 minute per egg, or until the white is set and the yolk is runny.
- Drain off the water.
You can salt them, or put them on toast, or my favorite add crumbled Ritz type crackers. It’s up to you!
