I know, I know, I once again failed to post for an extended amount of time. But anyways, today’s post is another recipe. Ramen with Eggs. Yes it is simple, but I have a few tips for you as well.
- Use a 12-cup coffee pot, the more basic the better, I got mine at a local dollar store.
- Use between 4-6 cups of water, and please only make one “pack” at a time.
Now to make ramen with eggs…
- Place noodles in the carafe, and the seasoning either on the noodles in the carafe or in the basket like you would with coffee grounds.
- Let the maker run, once all the water has been dripped into the pot, gently drop in 1-2 eggs and let sit for about 10-15 minutes.
You can also steam veggies in the basket using a filter, although you will need to chop into small, 1″ or less pieces to get them to cook all the way.
